Enjoy relaxing holidays at House Montana in the beautiful basin of the imposing Wetterstein massif with its highest elevation, the Zugspitze. In the middle of the beautiful Tyrolean Alps you, dear guest, can enjoy nature – be it hiking, swimming in clear mountain lakes or in the heated panoramic outdoor swimming pool, climbing (also in the climbing hall), skiing or mountain biking.

House Montana is located in the centre of Lermoos. All ski lifts, shops and excursion destinations, such as the Bavarian royal castles or the Eibsee, can be easily reached. Immerse yourself in a relaxed, alpine atmosphere and spend carefree days with us. We, your House Montana team, are happy to assist you and your family during your stay with helpful tips.
Our ten individually furnished accommodation units offer space for 2 to 6 people
All apartments are equipped with balcony, cable TV and fully equipped kitchen. In all family apartments there is a stove with oven and microwave and a dishwasher.
You are also welcome to bring your dog for a fee of Eur 15.00 per night. However, he should bring his own sleeping place (not on the couch or in bed). Any damage or contamination will be charged separately.

LERMOOS IN THE HEART OF TYROL
Our house Montana scores with its central location. In just three minutes’ walk you can reach the Hochmoosexpress to the middle station, the ski school meeting point with the children’s ski school and the bus stop for the free regional bus. Winter sports enthusiasts, from beginners to professionals, will be impressed by the extensive range of slopes. The 2.8 km long natural toboggan run and the entrance to the cross-country ski trail are also in the immediate vicinity.
In summer, Lermoos invites you to go hiking, running, golfing and biking, and the town has been voted the most popular biker destination in Austria. Panorama swimming pool, Mittersee and Blindsee invite you to swim and relax.
For our guests arriving by train or plane, we offer free pick-up from Lermoos train station and also special prices for the transfer of Munich, Innsbruck and Memmingen airports to Lermoos!
