Enjoy a relaxing vacation at Haus Montana in the beautiful valley basin of the imposing Wetterstein massif with its highest peak, the Zugspitze. In the midst of the magnificent Tyrolean Alps, you, dear guest, can enjoy nature – be it hiking, swimming in clear mountain lakes or in the heated panoramic outdoor pool, climbing (also in the climbing hall), skiing or mountain biking.

Haus Montana is located in the center of Lermoos. All ski lifts, stores and excursion destinations, such as the Bavarian royal castles or the Eibsee, are within easy reach. Immerse yourself in a relaxed, alpine atmosphere and spend carefree days with us. We, your Haus Montana team, will be happy to provide you and your family with helpful tips during your stay.
Our ten individually and lovingly furnished apartments offer space for 2 to 6 people
All apartments have a balcony, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. All family apartments have a stove with oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher.
You are also welcome to bring your dog for a fee of Eur 20.00 per night. However, they should bring their own place to sleep (not on the couch or in bed). Any damage or soiling will be charged separately.

LERMOOS IN THE HEART OF TYROL
Our Haus Montana scores with its central location. The Hochmoosexpress to the middle station, the ski school meeting point with the children’s ski school and the bus stop for the free regional bus are just a three-minute walk away. Winter sports enthusiasts, from beginners to professionals, will be impressed by the extensive range of slopes. The 2.8 km long natural toboggan run and the entrance to the cross-country ski trail are also in the immediate vicinity.
In summer, Lermoos invites you to go hiking, running, golfing and biking and has been voted Austria’s most popular biking destination. Panoramic swimming pool, Mittersee and Blindsee invite you to swim and relax.
For our guests arriving by train or plane, we offer free pick-up from Lermoos train station and special prices for transfers from Munich, Innsbruck and Memmingen airports to Lermoos!
The Montana is a golfing establishment, our guests receive a 20% discount on green fees.
